Orders

What are the payment options?

You can easily pay via iDeal, PayPal and bank transfer

I have not received a confirmation in my mailbox

The confirmation email will be sent automatically. Also check your unwanted mailbox (Spambox). Is the e-mail not there, maybe you entered the wrong email address? You can always email us at info@ronvanderwerf.com

Pick up

Can I come and have a look before making a purchase?

Yes of course you can come and have a look first. You can make an appointment via info@ronvanderwerf.com.

Please state which work is involved and we will hold that work for reservation.

Can I pick up the work?

Ofcourse you can! This will save u some shipment costs. This option is available in the checkout.

How long does the shipment take?

Orders are send by us within 5 working days.
It takes PostNL approximately 24 hours to deliver. Please note that this is not always the case around the holidays. Therefore order on time.

How are my orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via PostNL.
Most artwork cannot go through the letterbox and will be sent as a package via PostNL

Do I receive a Track & Trace code for my order?

A Track & Trace code will be send by us after the purchase has been shipped. We’ll keep u updated about the status of the purchase.

Shipment EU

How long does the shipment take?

Orders are send within 5 working days. If you want to track your package, you can send an email to info@ronvanderwerf.com for a track and trace code.
Please note that this is not always the case around the holidays. Therefore order on time.

How are my orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via PostNL form the Netherlands.
Objects that cannot go through the letterbox will be sent as a package via PostNL.

Do I receive a Track & Trace code for my order?

A Track & Trace code will not be sent automatically.
If you need this, you can ask about this by emailing: Info@ronvanderwerf.com. Do not forget to mention your order number.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Please first contact Info@ronvanderwerf.com to see why you want to return it. if it is damaged, we will not take it back.

When will my return not be accepted?
  1.  The product is no longer in its original condition
  2.  The product has not been returned within 14 days of delivery.If the product does not comply, no acceptance will take place.

Returning the refused shipment to the buyer’s delivery address will be at the buyer’s expense. Depending on the product, the return costs will be announced. After receipt of the amount, the product will be returned.

When will my purchase amount be refunded?

Within 14 days of receipt of your return shipment.

Return costs

Costs for returning are for your own account.
Via the postal companies (PostNL, DHL, GLS and DPD)
you can buy a return label both online and via the postal point.
The return labels are often cheaper online.
